Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs:
All orders placed with Benji-Security are shipped by us via PostNL, DPD, or UPS.
- Shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium: For orders under €150, shipping costs are €14.99. For orders of €150 or more, shipping is free.
- International shipping: only possible with advance payment (other countries within Europe). Costs vary per country.
When we ship your order, you will receive a message from us with the shipping information. In this message, you will find a Track & Trace code that allows you to track your package online.
Delivery time:
For products in stock, we aim for delivery within one to two business days within the Netherlands, starting from the receipt of your payment.
We also ship to other countries within Europe. Orders are shipped after the full amount due, including shipping costs, has been received. The expected delivery time varies per destination country.
We try to keep our stock status as up-to-date as possible. If a product turns out not to be in stock, we will try to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Returns:
Have you received a product that is not functioning properly, or are you not completely satisfied with your order for any other reason? After submitting your withdrawal request, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the products to us, provided they are sufficiently stamped.
We request that you return the product in its original condition and packaging, if possible. You may carefully assess the product, similar to how you would in a physical store. Please note that costs may be charged for any reduction in value resulting from excessive use.
Would you like to withdraw your order? You can log in to your customer account via Withdraw order and submit a return or cancellation request for an eligible order.
To request a return form, please contact us. Our technical specialists will then examine the product and contact you based on their findings.
