The WiFi-Camp Pro3 wifi extender & router is the successor to the popular WiFi-Camp Pro2v2 from manufacturer Alfa Network. This model is equipped with the latest Tube-UNAC2 that can handle Dual Band Wifi, making it suitable for the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz band. Because it can also handle the 5.8 GHz band, you have less trouble with other devices and a higher bandwidth. The Camp Pro 3 is the wifi antenna and router for on and around the camper, caravan and boat. The WiFi-Camp Pro3 distributes the offered wifi signal, allowing you to use a powerful wifi signal with different users and devices.

New to this system is that a QR code is supplied that can be scanned by a QR scanner app, which calls up the easy Quick setup and makes the system quick and easy to set up.

The sensitive antenna effortlessly picks up the internet signal that the campsite or a hotspot offers, even if the signal is weaker and then distributes it with its own powerful router. This gives you your own wireless network around the camper, caravan or boat.

This wifi extender set is equipped with the R36AH router (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), which can achieve a maximum speed of up to 300 Mbps. Perfect for enjoying audio and video via the internet with different users and devices at the same time.

Please note: the supplied router cannot be used stand-alone. The separately available R36AH router has slightly different specifications and can be used stand-alone.

Get WiFi up and running quickly with the WiFi-Camp Pro3
Installing the WiFi-Camp Pro 3 is very easy with the Dutch installation manual. You go through the new, simplified installation wizard and connect the offered WiFi signal. This installation wizard can be called up with the supplied QR sticker. Then you use wireless internet on multiple devices at the same time (laptops, tablets, smartphones). The range of the router is large, the WiFi-Camp Pro3 distributes WiFi in a wide radius around your boat, caravan or camper.

Sensitive 9 dBi antenna Tube-UNAC2
The WiFi Camp Pro 3 has a new, renewed, sensitive omni-directional 9 dBi Tube antenna called Tube-UNAC2. This Tube is equipped with the QUALCOMM Atheros AR9271 chipset and has the advantage that it performs best in RF in terms of speed transfer and stability. The antenna is designed for outdoor use, you mount it outside on or to your camper, boat or tent. We recommend that you seal the connection between the Omni antenna and Tube-UNAC2 with the supplied water-repellent tape.

Please note: the included Tube-UNAC2 can be used wired stand-alone, but only with Windows or Linux. MacOS is not supported.

12V connection cable included as standard
The WiFi Camp-Pro 3 comes with a 12V cable as standard.

Using internet hotspots is no problem at all. You connect the WiFi Camp-Pro3 wifi extender/router to a hotspot and connect all your devices wirelessly to the internet.

Open source router software (OpenWRT)
The router software of the R36AH is the Linux-based OpenWRT open source software. This software offers programmers, whizzkids and other enthusiasts the possibility to modify this software, of course at their own risk.
