The camera can withstand harsh conditions thanks to its IP67 and IK10 protection class. The compact mechanical design guarantees the functionality and long life of the device, even in severe frost. Milesight therefore works in any situation.

Setting up the camera is very simple and easy with the Milesight Smart Tools connectivity program. The camera is powered by PoE technology via an Ethernet interface. There is only one cable for the camera, through which power and data pass. The camera does not need a separate AC power supply to work.

The mounting foot ensures easy installation, as the Ethernet cable can be inserted directly into the mounting foot, eliminating the need for separate surface-mounted boxes.

VCA functions

The Region Input function allows the camera to detect whether a target arrives in the selected area. From this, alarm and recording can be triggered.

With Region Exit, the camera detects if a target leaves the selected area. From this, alarm and recording can be triggered.

With Advanced Motion Detection, motion detection adapts to normal changes in the standard image, for example, motion detection. Trees sway and alerts only for abnormal movements.

With tamper detection, the camera detects if the image is obscured or if the camera is rotated.

With the Line Crossing function, the camera can detect the crossing of the line defined in the image by the direction of travel. This function is very useful, for example, on the road or in the doorway – the alarm can be activated, for example. only from incoming customers or vehicles.

With the Loitering function, the camera detects if an object enters the selected area and stays there for more than a certain time.

You can also easily connect cameras to an NVR network recorder, allowing you to easily manage multiple different cameras. The recorder can be equipped with up to 4 Terabytes of disk space, resulting in a long recording archive.

Thanks to ONVIF compatibility, the camera can also be connected to other compatible systems, such as Milestone.
