The Uniview IPC3224SS is a 4MP Dual Dome camera. It features two cameras that can be aimed independently. Each camera has a 98° field of view, allowing for a total coverage of 180° with a small overlap in the middle.

The cameras record at a resolution of 2688*1520 at 25 frames per second. Each camera has built-in human and vehicle detection, making it easier to play back important events. This camera also has two built-in microphones, allowing for separate audio recording on each channel. There is also a microSD card slot, which can be used to back up the video, or for standalone use without a video recorder.

This camera can be powered by a single Ethernet cable and consumes up to 17W of power. When connected to an NVR, it occupies two channels. You can adjust various settings from the NVR, such as brightness, contrast, image rotation and more.

The IPC3224SS-ADF28K-I1 captures video at up to 4MP @ 25 FPS resolution, that's 2688x1520 pixels. Every pixel added to your camera's image gives you higher image quality and more detail. So with 4MP you get a sharper, cleaner and more detailed image.

2.8MM FIXED LENS
The IPC3224SS-ADF28K-I1 has a 2.8mm Fixed Lens. This means that it is fixed at one length; it cannot zoom in and out optically. The longer the focal length on a fixed lens camera, the more zoomed in you are and the more close-up detail you can see. However, the shorter the focal length, the wider the field of view and the larger the area your surveillance will cover.

The IPC3224SS-ADF28K-I1 has a horizontal field of view of 97.7°.

IK10 VANDAL-RESISTANT CLASSIFICATION
The IPC3224SS-ADF28K-I1 has an Impact Protection (IK) rating of 10, which is about as high as the scale goes. If a vandal wants to try and break this camera open, more power to them. Literally, they're going to need a lot more power, because this thing is incredibly durable. That's why these dome-style cameras are often called vandal-resistant domes, or vandal domes for short.

UP TO 30M NIGHT VISION IR RANGE
When the sun goes down or the lights go out, this camera turns on its own onboard infrared LED lights. These lights, which are invisible to the human eye, allow the camera to keep functioning and recording 24/7, day or night. Simply plug the camera into the back of the Uniview NVR and you will have video instantly on the recorder’s HDMI interface. ONVIF COMPATIBILITY
If you want to add this camera to an already set up security system, that is no problem. This camera complies with the protocols set up by the Open Network Video Interface Forum (ONVIF). This means that as long as your current recorder is ONVIF compliant, you can set up this camera with your current system.
