For the proper functioning of an intercom system, the choice of cable is important. We recommend using the special intercom cable for every intercom system! Especially when distances are greater than 10 meters, the choice of the right cable thickness is very decisive. In general, a cable with thicker copper wires ensures that the signal remains good and stable for longer.

The 2x0.8mm cable allows you to bridge distances of up to 70 meters between different components. See the catalogue for more information on recommended cable distances.

This cable can be used anywhere within the 2-wire VISCOO intercom system with the exception of the 230V connection on the power adapter for the intercom system.
